Rebecca Gruber

Rebecca Gruber

Law Clerk

Rebecca’s love for language, specifically linguistics and rhetoric, combined with her passion to help others lead her to pursue a career in the legal field. Studying, deciphering, and interpreting language, whether written or verbal, is at the heart of the law. By breaking down documents, testimony, and eyewitness accounts, Rebecca can see all angles of any case. This ability to fully understand the language behind a law not only helps her peers but also their clients.

Rebecca’s natural desire to help protect and guide others through obstacles is a pillar of her personality. She knows working in law is another way to express this passion. Rebecca recognizes unavoidable and unfortunate events can happen to anyone. She works hard to ensure these obstacles are bumps in the road for her clients and do not negatively impact them throughout their life.

As a law clerk, Rebecca conducts legal research; prepares legal documents such as bench memos, orders, and opinions; and communicates with counsel regarding case management and procedural requirements. Rebecca continues to expand her legal knowledge in all aspects of the law with a focus on civil litigation and trademark law.
